Travis E. Nagy, 47, of Milltown, NJ, passed away suddenly on Friday, June 24, 2022 at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick. 

Born in New Brunswick, NJ, Travis lived most of his life in North Brunswick before moving to Milltown 4 years ago.  

Travis retired as a Corrections Officer for Middlesex County Corrections 10 years ago and also worked for Rutgers University Transportation Department. He was a lifelong devoted Jets fan, loved spending time with his family and friends and always willing to help anyone in need.  Most of all, he loved spending time with his son and daughter Rachael and Joseph, he was a dedicated, loving and supportive father.  His children were his world.   

Travis is predeceased by his father Joseph D. Nagy (2018). Surviving are his loving mother, Katherine Nagy, Cherished children, Rachael and Joseph Nagy; Dear brothers Keith and Darren Stranburg, Uncle Daniel Nagy and Charlotte Robe.  Travis is also survived my many loving cousins and dear friends, he will be missed by all who knew him.  

Friends and Family will be received Thursday, June 30, 2022, from 4:00pm-8:00pm at Bronson and Guthlein Funeral Home, 152 North Main Street, Milltown, New Jersey 08850.  Funeral Services will begin on Friday morning at 9:30 a.m. from the Funeral Home.  A 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Church, 18 South Street in Spotswood, NJ.  Interment will follow at Van Liew Cemetery in North Brunswick.
