Theresa (Tiny) Moses Caputo, age 97, of Brooklyn, New York died on June 6, 2024. Born December 26, 1926, Theresa was one of nine children of Leon and Margaret Moses. Residing in various parts of Brooklyn, after her mother passed at the young age of 15, Theresa and her siblings lived with their father and sometimes other family members. Theresa was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Caputo, her daughter Margie Caputo Gogol, and her 8 brothers & sisters. She is survived by her son Ted Caputo and his wife Paulette, and son in law Edward Gogol. Theresa is survived by her grandchildren, Nicholas & his wife Andrea Caputo, Regina Caputo Antipin & her husband Patrick Antipin and great granchildren Mia, Brynn and Tessa.

 

Theresa was a generous and loving person. She was always willing to support her family and friends. Theresa enjoyed sharing and it was not uncommon to hear the words, “you can always get a good meal at Tiny’s”. Theresa enjoyed a good card game with her loved ones and a nice cup of coffee.. She enjoyed playing her records at home and dancing. Her attitude at life was always youthful and she never looked her age.

 

A viewing will be held at Bronson & McNamara Memorial Home in Milltown, NJ on Tuesday June 11, 2024 from 9:30-11:30 am. A religious service at the Funeral Home will follow the viewing. Burial will be held at Ocean View the Cemetery Beautiful.
