Adele (Coffaro) Ruperto Obituary
Adele Ruperto passed away on Thursday January 23, 2025 at home embraced by her daughters. She was 100 years old. Born in New Brunswick, NJ on February 23, 1924 and was one of eleven children. She worked at Bond Clothing, Carroll Dunham Smith and retired from Revlon. Adele loved life, spending time with family, cooking and traveling. She is preceded in death by her husband Peter, her parents Katherine and Peter Coffaro, sisters Catherine Holsten, Julie Copperthwaite, Frances Cannone, Rita DeMarco and Isabel Coffaro, and brothers Anthony Coffaro, David Coffaro and Charles Coffaro. Adele is survived by her loving daughters Rosalie Guyette and husband Francis of Port Charlotte, FL and Catherine Sarullo and husband Francis of Blakeslee, PA and grandchildren Dr. Francis Guyette and wife Dr. Maria, Andrea Brunner and husband J. Michael, Giancarlo Sarullo and wife Dawn, and Giuliana Sarullo and husband Adam Podd. Adele adored her seven Great Grandchildren, Owen, Adele, Eve, Dex, Francesca, Luca and Oliver. Adele is also survived by a sister Florence Mariano, a brother Peter Coffaro and wife Marlene/ sisters-in-law Catherine Coffaro, MaryAnn Coffaro and brother-in-law Mario Cannone. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received Monday 8:30am – 10:30am at the Bronson and McNamara Memorial Home of Milltown, NJ. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday 11:00am at St. Bartholomews Church – East Brunswick, NJ followed by entombment at St. Peters Cemetery – New Brunswick, NJ.
